Advanced Krav Maga Class- Monday and Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Krav Maga Striking- Advanced Krav Maga Striking Class is by invite only! Good striking is paramount to becoming a great Krav Maga Practitioner. The more effective and efficient your striking is the more enjoyable your Krav Maga Training becomes. Our Strike Lab class offers striking fundamentals, basic combinations, footwork and fighting tactics. Advanced Striking Class- Monday and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Muay Thai- or Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient. Muay Thai became widespread internationally in the twentieth century, when practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts. Sign Up in advance is encouraged.
Muay Thai Class- Monday and Wednesday- 7-8AM
Sports Performance (Mondays, Strength Class)- For both male and female athletes ages 9-13. Age appropriate with a focus on the fundamentals of strength training will be covered including, proper technique, spotting, warming up and keeping a training log. Equipment used will be body weight, TRX, Medicine balls and much more! All Levels welcomed, great for beginners. Sign Up in advance is encouraged.
Sports Performance Class (Wednesdays, Speed and Agility Class)- . This class is in combination with our Monday Strength Class.
For both male and female athletes ages 9-13. Age appropriate with a focus on the fundamentals of Speed and Agility training will be covered including, proper technique and some conditioning drills for improved fitness.

Hardstyle Kettlebell Class- A kettlebell uses the muscles of the body in a completely different manner then traditional dumbbell workouts. The shape of the kettlebell (round with a relatively thick handle) plays an important role in getting such powerful results. The off center weight of the kettlebell forces your body to engage additional stabilizers, which improves the entire range of motion. This allows the body to experience a unique development of the muscles while also undergoing significant increases in endurance and strength. The use of a thick handles improves hand and forearm function. Sign Up prior to class in encouraged.

Yoga- This Hatha Yoga class is geared toward primarily beginners and students with some previous yoga experience. It is open to all ages and levels of student and concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. The asanas work to make the spine supple, the core strong and agile, and to promote circulation in the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures strengthen and stretch the body, promoting balance and flexibility. Introduction to some basic yoga postures and Sun Salutation will be included. Sign Up in advance is encouraged.
