Each of our Personal Fitness Training Sessions are 55 minutes long and will include a warm up, core training and are highly customizable training sessions based on your goals. Your first session is always FREE. During your first training session we will perform a Functional Movement Screen to target exactly what your training need will be. After the assessment we will perform a sample workout to make sure that our programming is in line with your goals! So what are you waiting for?

Functional Movement Screen Importance (FMS)
Used by many of the 2016 Olympic Athletes

The Functional Movement Screen(FMS) is a specific test used to gauge one's efficiency through natural movement patterns. The purpose of the test is to specifically analyze one's natural range of motion, balance, and strength through as series of motions. The results are graded and ranked using a specific scale to determine strengths and weaknesses of the individual. These results, whether good or bad, give a better understanding to the athlete/individual's abilities. By using the FMS on athletes, weaknesses in their body's natural abilities can be identified and corrected before, during, and after their competitive season. With the results and the help of a professional, corrective measures can be taken to enhance an athlete's ability on the field to make them stronger, more coordinated, and more balanced. Too many athletes are sidelined every season due to improper body function, and with the use of this test, corrective strategies can be used to keep the players on the field. This test is geared to make a good athlete great, and a great athlete, elite!
