Our Sports Performance Training Packages

We offer a variety of Personal Training packages to suite your budget and fitness needs. Each of our Personal Fitness               Training Sessions are 55 minutes long and will include a warm up, core training and are highly customizable training                   sessions based on your  goals. Your first session is always FREE. During your first training session we will perform a                   Functional Movement Screen to target  exactly what your training need will be. After the assessment we will perform a               sample workout to make sure that our programming is in line with your goals!  So what are you waiting for?

    At Elite Krav Maga Training and Fitness  we believe that hard work during the off season is the  foundation for post-season achievement. In today’s ultra competitive wrestling environment here in the great wrestling state of Pennsylvania, success is the direct result of preparation. Any wrestler determined for a successful season must begin preparation for success weeks, if not months prior to the start of the regular season. Waiting until the season to start on the road to success will lead to failure and possibly injuries on the mat on the mats.
   In our Wrestler Strength and Conditioning Training Camp we will address the unique needs of wrestlers, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and injury prevention and develop the most important weapon for a wrestler Mental Toughness!.

We offer a progressive training system that will get you to the next level.

Functional Movement Screen Importance (FMS)

Used by many of the 2016 Olympic Athletes

to guide their training and fix imbalances! 







The Functional Movement Screen(FMS)  is a specific test used to gauge one's efficiency through natural movement patterns.  The purpose of the test is to specifically analyze one's natural range of motion, balance, and strength through as series of motions.  The results are graded and ranked using a specific scale to determine strengths and weaknesses of the individual.  These results, whether good or bad, give a better understanding to the athlete/individual's abilities.  By using the FMS on athletes, weaknesses in their body's natural abilities can be identified and corrected before, during, and after their competitive season.  With the results and the help of a professional, corrective measures can be taken to enhance an athlete's ability on the field to make them stronger, more coordinated, and more balanced.  Too many athletes are sidelined every season due to improper body function, and with the use of this test, corrective strategies can be used to keep the players on the field.  This test is geared to make a good athlete great, and a great athlete, elite!
